Kami di Bina Artha percaya pentinganya memiliki Dewan Komisaris (BoC) yang aktif dan berpengalaman untuk bisa membuat strategi jangka panjang yang bermutu, menjaga keteguhan Bina Artha terhadap missi organisasi dan menjamin control dan pengelolan resiko yang tepat.

Paolo Brichetti

President Commissioner

Paolo Brichetti has among others been Managing Director of CTM altromercato, a leading European fair trade and sustainable finance company, President of Microcredit scrl, a microfinance company, and President of European Fair Trade Association. Paolo has also founded in 2006 MicroVentures, a network of companies focussed on investments in the microfinance space. He was also part of the Italian Olympic sailing team.

Ikatri Meynar Sihombing

Commissioner

Meynar has over 20 years of experience, including several years in microfinance sector and SME development with the IFC and Mercy Corps, an International NGO. She has been working with hundreds of MFIs and associations of different legal forms in Indonesia and abroad. After leaving her position as the CEO of MICRA, a local microfinance technical provider, she takes times to leverage her work and interest in energy sufficiency and environmental preservation for grassroots people and the under-served area. Meynar currently is working independently as professional think-thank in microfinance and promotion of financial education and customer protection, technology and innovative products to facilitate access to finance for many individuals who are excluded from the formal financial system in Indonesia.

Untuk itu kami telah membentuk team management dengan kombinasi pengalaman di bidang perbankan dan keuangan serta mempunyai minat yang kuat kepada keuangan mikro.

Sakti Hoedoyo

Director

Sakti is currently working as an independent finance and investment consultant for various companies. He was previously working as CFO of Bank Andara. Before that, Sakti had been working as Director in KPMG Indonesia and as CFO of several companies.

 

Christian Banno

Director / CEO

Christian joined Bina Artha as CEO in January 2012 after having actively participated in its setting up over 2011. He was previously working with MicroVentures since 2008 first as Chief Investment Officer and afterwards as CEO of MicroVentures India. His prior experiences include four years in Microfinanza Rating as Regional Manager for Asian and NIS countries and four years in Oracle.
